UP D.El.Ed (BTC) 2018-19 – Untrained Teachers Online Training Registration

Uttar Pradesh Basic Education Board, Allahabad is inviting online applications for UP D.El.Ed 2018-19 to provide training to untrained in-service teachers. All the teachers from govt. / govt. aided and private schools can apply for this basic teachers training. D.El.Ed (Diploma in Elementary education) is a specifically designed package for the untrained teachers working in primary / upper primary schools. UP D.El.Ed course duration is of 2 years (2 July 2018 to 31 March 2020). Interested candidates can apply online through the official website upbasiceduboard.gov.in

In UP, this training was earlier named as Basic Training Certificate (BTC). All the teachers must possess minimum qualifications under RTE Act to confirm their jobs. So, teachers must possess either B.El.Ed (Bachelor of Elementary Education) or D.El.Ed (Diploma in Elementary Education) qualification. All untrained in-service teachers who has not pursued any teacher training course earlier must apply for this course.

This course is must for the teachers who are currently teaching the students of class 1st to 8th. This is an opportunity for the teachers under the ‘Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan’. Teachers can fill the application form through online mode at the official website between 11 May 2018 to 23 May 2018.

UP D.El.Ed Training 2018-19 Online Registration Procedure

The complete procedure to apply online for Basic Teacher Certificate (BTC) has been specified below:-

• Firstly visit the official website upbasiceduboard.gov.in
• Then on the homepage, click at the “डी.एल.एड (पूर्व प्रचलित नाम B.T.C) प्रशिक्षण हेतु ऑनलाइन आवेदन प्रणाली, परीक्षा नियामक प्राधिकारी, इलाहाबाद, उ.प्र.” or directly click this link
• In the new window, click at the “आवेदन पत्र के लिए ऑनलाइन रजिस्ट्रेशन (पंजीकरण) करे” link in Step 2
• Afterwards, UP D.El.Ed Online Registration Form will appear as shown below:-



• Fill all the necessary details, upload photo and the click the “Submit” button to complete the registration process.
• After the completion of the Registration process, candidates will get a “Registration Number” which must be kept for any future reference. The last date to make registration online is 23 May 2018.

UP BTC 2018 Registration Fees

All the candidates can pay the registration fees for Diploma in Elementary education through online mode by any Credit / Debit / Net banking / E-Challan at any State Bank of India branch through the official link – UP D.El.Ed Online Fees Payment

The last date to pay the registration fees is 24 May 2018. This fees payment process is not applicable for disabled candidates. Eligibility Criteria & Other Guidelines

The candidates must be a resident of Uttar Pradesh. He / She must have passed high school examination or intermediate exams (or equivalent) from UP State Board or C.B.S.E.
