Himachal Pradesh government is going to start Mukhyamantri Him Seva Helpline Number in the state very soon. On this Chief Minister Him Seva Helpline No, people can place call from their mobile phones and tell their problems on which govt. officials will tell the proper solution. The state govt. will also place a follow up call to the people to ensure that their problem is addressed properly or not. This call center would be opened at crossing near parking in Shimla.
The state govt. will release a 4 digit number for Mukhyamantri Him Seva Helpline Number in Himachal Pradesh. At one time, this helpline number would be able to attend 60 calls of people to address their difficulties.
CM Jairam Thakur has made an official tweet and given this information about CM Him Seva helpline number. In this tweet, CM also mentioned that this helpline number facility (suvidha) would start in the next few days.
HP Mukhyamantri Him Seva Helpline Number
At the call center setup by the Himachal Pradesh government, an official attending the call placed at Mukhyamantri Him Seva Helpline number will note down the problem. He will then feed it inside the computer and the problem would then be forwarded to the concerned official. That official will have to take time bound action on that problem and address that problem.
As soon as the proper action is taken on the problem, then the complainant would be given information regarding this. Chief Minister Jairam Thakur will review the functioning of CM Him Seva Helpline No. every month. CMO Himachal Pradesh has prepared a completed draft action plan for implementation of this toll free number.
In the newly setup call center, dozens of officials will sit together to address problems of people. Moreover, the software in which the call attendant has to feed the problem is already prepared and is in final stage of testing.

Need For CM Him Seva Helpline Number
All the people are not able to place their complaints online, so the state govt. has taken this initiative to launch Mukhyamantri Him Seva Helpline Number in HP. Till date, people only have the option to send their complaints through e-mail, e-samadhaan to chief minister. But this toll free facility would enable people to directly talk to the CM regarding their problems.
People who are illiterate or less efficient in making online complaints can now take the benefits of their Mukhyamantri Him Seva Helpline Number. The Chief Minister Office has asked citizens to give their suggestions for better functioning of the elected government. The state govt. has started a new e-mail ID [email protected] to invite suggestions from people.
