Every city around the country is getting developed, and a lot of metropolitan cities are getting turned into smart cities.

There are a lot of features that a smart city has and here a few of those features which a lot of cities in the country has nowadays:

Uninterrupted power supply: Smart cities have the benefit by which they get adequate power supplythroughout the day. With the adequate power supply, people from the city can have uninterrupted entertainment, and if someone’s work is related to the power supply, he can do better work.

Better public transportation: Smart cities have better public transportation than most of the other cities in the country. Auto Rickshaws are the most used public transportation in the country. But in a smart city, metro buses or metro trains are used more than any auto rickshaws due to which the problem of traffic also gets

Better entertainment sources: Smart cities have lots of malls, cinema theatres and other shopping places where one can shop for anything as well as one can entertain himself by watching a few movies or other events also.

Education: People of smart cities get to learn from the best schools and colleges available in the country because every big franchise of the school or colleges wants to be in a smart city and that is why people belonging to a smart city can attain better education than others.

IT connectivity and betterment of poor: Nowadays, there are merely a few jobs that can be done without knowing IT or without internet. A smart city has great network connectivity due to which people there can research a lot quicker, and all the people can do various online jobs in a much quicker manner. In addition to it, a smart city also has some features for the poor, skilled centers, colleges or schools at low fee rates, entertainment sources for poor and various job opportunities as well.

These were a few key features of a smart city. Various cities of the country are getting smart and hence soon the country will soon get way smarter than it ever was.
