Importance of time
‘Time is money’ as the saying goes. It means that time is a valuable resource. One can create wealth by using the time productively. Making use of time to create something of value, even a service is to use that time to earn.
Sometimes multitasking can help achieve you goals much faster thereby making many of the costs go down, creating savings. If a person delegates some chores, he may be able to make a far more productive use of the same time, instead of doing it himself.
Sometimes when you are good at one activity it makes sense to do that more and pay someone to do what you are not so great at. Along with one’s time one must be able to respect another’s time. His time is of equal value and we should not unnecessarily encroach upon it.
Many times it is important to invest your time in learning a skill to be able to encash it later. Time spent in obtaining an education is also a kind of investment. The more you invest, the more you earn.
Time is certainly a resource that must be used wisely and not frittered away.
