My Father – Short Essay

Fathers are really great people. They are the breadwinners of the family. They do all the hard work to feed their family. They take the toughest responsibility of fulfilling the needs of their families, with no grimace or complaints.

They perpetually work without caring for the season. Be it summer. Be it winter. Be it monsoon. They endureeverything just to earn for their families and provide them with all the necessities. They don’t care for themselves and their health. They just care for their families and that they should receive the best, without any trouble. They provide all the luxuries to their families and they themselves stay very humble, with very modest clothing and accessories. They go to work in the morning and only return in the night after working all day long. They get really tired but, when they come home and see their families, they become very happy and their tiredness just vanishes away. And after a very nominal sleep, they wake up the next day only to go to work again. They get no real entertainment and their lives become really tedious and boring.

My father is no less than any father. He works for our family all day long without caring for how much trouble he has to take. He wants the very best for us. He wants us to be successful in every phase of life. He cherishes every single feat of ours. He dances to our wins and cries to our loses. He never degrades us in any way. He always encourages us to do brilliant and noble things. Though we don’t listen to his advice, he never scolds us. He continues to give us his valuable advice until finally, we acquire it.

My father always makes me perform all the religious rituals. He teaches me to be helpful to people and contribute to my country. He always appreciates me in front of his friends and relatives. He never has over expectations from me and, he never intimidates me to do something. He always says that I should follow my heart and that, he would support my every decision. My father is the best father in this whole big world.
