Uttar Pradesh govt. invites Kisan Registration Online Form at fcs.up.gov.in to enable farmers to sell paddy of Kharif season in 2018 – 2019. Now the online farmer registration form are available at the official food portal of Uttar Pradesh. CM Yogi Adityanath has requested all the farmers to perform panjikaran as soon as possible to ensure that farmers get minimum support price (MSP) for their agriculture produce.
After filling the Kisan Registration Online Form at UP Food portal, farmers would be able to sell their agriculture produce at government procurement centers.
In the West Uttar Pradesh, the procurement process will end on 31 January 2019 while in Eastern UP, the last date for procurement process of agricultural crops is 28 February 2019.

Below is the complete procedure for farmers to fill Kisan Registration online form to sell paddy of Kharif 2018-2019:-
- Firstly visit the official portal of Food & Civil Supplies dept. of UP at fcs.up.gov.in
- At the homepage, click at the “खरीफ विपणन वर्ष 2018-19 में धान खरीद हेतु कृषक पंजीकरण” link or directly click this link to open the “स्टेप 1. पंजीकरण प्रारूप” page.
- Next click at the स्टेप 2. पंजीकरण प्रपत्र in the main menu to open the UP Kisan Registration Online Form as shown below:-
- Here candidates can fill all the personal, land, address and bank account details accurately.
Finally, applicants can click at the “पंजीकरण करें” button to complete the registration process.

Till date, around 10.90 lakh MT and 13.27 lakh MT paddy has been procured in Western and Eastern Uttar Pradesh respectively. The state govt. has already procured agriculture produce 24.17 lakh MT in these 2 zones which has benefited around 3.47 lakh farmers in UP.

Moreover, the state govt. has already send Rs. 4232.779 crore in the bank account of the farmers through RTGS mode.
